30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day easy return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wigour.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that returns must be requested before sending the item back. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, or customization reasons. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. In addition, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following our return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product. This ensures quicker processing and availability.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, without providing justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@wigour.com.
