To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
